Abstract

The use of conventional clocks in mosques, besides as time indicators, also serves as a reference for obligatory prayer times. However, conventional clocks generally do not have a feature to display obligatory prayer times. Digital prayer clocks are now one of the devices installed in modern mosques to display obligatory prayer times. However, some digital prayer clocks do not have an automatic obligatory prayer time update feature. Therefore, in this community service activity, it is proposed to implement accurate automatic digital prayer schedule technology, which can provide real-time prayer time information. The obligatory prayer time schedule application that has been developed previously is installed on a digital screen. The prayer times used in this service refer to obligatory prayer time data from the Ministry of Religion website. There are three main stages carried out in this service activity, including: initial preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting. The community service activity was carried out on Monday, August 4, 2025, attended by community members and the Siliwangi University service implementation team. This activity was held at the Al-'Ashri Mosque Tamansari Street RT 04 RW 06 Mulyasari Village Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City West Java. Respondents' evaluation of this community service activity showed an average of 80% of respondents agreeing, 16% agreeing, 4% disagreeing, 0% disagreeing, and 0% strongly disagreeing.
