Abstract

The younger generation faces complex psychosocial challenges, including confusion about self-potential, economic pressures, and family problems that impact mental health and character. The "Know Yourself, Restore Your Soul" training, organized by the Namrasatu group of STPI Bina Insan Mulia Yogyakarta Community Service Program students in collaboration with MA Mafaza Bantul, aims to foster Islamic character and an entrepreneurial spirit in MA Mafaza Bantul students to face the psychosocial challenges of the younger generation. This activity aims to help students recognize themselves, restore their mental condition, cultivate religious character, and equip them with an independent entrepreneurial spirit. The implementation method uses a participatory and structured approach through intensive coordination, mapping students' psychological needs, icebreaking sessions, self-reflection, material delivery by competent speakers, and creative activities for future visualization. The training results show an increase in awareness of emotional management and mental health, as well as changes in attitudes towards being more responsible, independent, and caring, supported by the growth of creativity and courage in entrepreneurship. Participatory evaluation and feedback from teachers and students confirm the effectiveness of the method and the positive impact of the training. In conclusion, this training provides an important foundation for developing Islamic character and a sustainable entrepreneurial spirit and restoring students' psychological health for a more optimistic future.
