Abstract

This training activity aims to improve students' understanding of using the AYOA application to help create mind mapping so that it has an impact on increasing the effectiveness of student learning and improving students' abilities in compiling ideas, planning assignments, and organizing information visually and systematically. This training activity was attended by 16 students of the Physics Education Study Program - FKIP Weetebula Catholic University in three (3) meetings, namely on May 7, 9, and 14, 2025. The stages in this training activity are divided into three (3), namely: (1) the material presentation stage, (2) the product design stage, and (3) the monitoring and evaluation stage. It can be concluded that the training activity for making mind mapping online with the help of the AYOA application can: (1) increase students' understanding and practical skills related to making mind mapping online using the AYOA application; (2) increase the effectiveness of student learning by utilizing technology as a medium in learning; (3) increasing students' ability to create mind mapping so that students can more easily organize ideas, plan assignments, and organize information visually and systematically. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was found that students gave a positive response, with an average student response of 85% to the training activities for making mind mapping online assisted by the AYOA application from training material indicators, training instructors, facilities/infrastructure, and training implementation.
