Edukasi Pengelolaan Sampah Sisa Obat-obatan secara Mandiri pada Siswa MAN 2 Mataram

Most of the pharmaceutical waste comes from households. In general, there is a lack of knowledge among the public on how to manage pharmaceutical waste. Medicine waste that is disposed of carelessly can potentially be misused by irresponsible people. The purpose of this service activity is to provide education about the proper and correct procedures for processing pharmaceutical waste. The participants involved in this service were 30 students of MAN 2 Mataram. The method used is a participatory approach with the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model. The results of this service activity show that counseling can increase students' understanding of the proper and correct procedures for processing pharmaceutical waste, so that it can be applied in the family.
